Financing is one of the most important steps to a successful purchase.  In today’s market, sellers’ will not even consider an offer unless the buyer has been pre-approved.  Pre-approval is not a lengthy process but should be obtained before you begin your home search. Having that pre-approval letter “in-hand” is critical if you find that perfect home. We have seen buyer’s miss their dream home because another offer came in before they could get their financing pre-approval in place.
